How do I access my account online?
A: On the Capella Home page click on Participant Online Access > Sign On.  From there you enter your User ID and Password.

Q: What kind of security can I expect when accessing my information over the Internet?
A: We implement a multiple layer security system that starts with secure socket layers. This creates an encrypted channel between your computer and our web server so that no one else can intercept your data and read it.
 
Q: Can I change my login and PIN on the Internet?
A: Yes, you are allowed to personalize your login and PIN.
 
Q: Will I be able to view my investment elections on line?
A: Yes, you can access your account information via the Internet or our toll free Voice Response Unit (VRU).
 
Q: Will I be able to change my investment elections on line?
A: Yes, this can be done 24 hours a day.
 
Q: How long does it take for changes that I make on line to take effect?
A: Changes are processed by the end of the next business day.
 
Q: Can I go on-line to request a loan?
A: This feature is up to individual employers, but most participants can model a loan on-line using their available balance and current interest rates, then request one through the human resources department.
 
Q: How long does it take for fund transfers to be executed and completed?
A: Most transfers are processed within two business days.
 
Q: How often can I make changes to my Investment elections?
A: This is dependent on your plan document, but as often as daily is possible.

A: This is dependent on your plan document, but as often as every business day is possible.
 
Q: Can I view my contributions?
A: Yes, contribution information is available on both the Voice Response Unit (VRU) and the Internet.
 
Q: Can I view my account balance?
A: Yes, account balance information is available on both the Voice Response Unit (VRU) and the Internet.
 
Q: Can I view my account balance by source and fund?
A: Yes, account balances can be viewed by the source, deferral or match, or by the fund.
 
Q: How are my balances displayed?
A: By current value, based on units and last closing price of the fund.
 
Q: How often is the information on the web updated?
